The Bank shall be entitled to reject or postpone the execution of the Client's Order whose execution might be contrary especially to (i) law of the Slovak Republic and law of the country of the intermediary bank or (ii) business policy of intermediary bank (see links bellow). Due to reasons mentioned in the previous sentence the Bank shall also be entitled not to accept payments to the payee’s account. The Client hereby acknowledges that from the above mentioned reasons a payment may be returned or withheld by an intermediary bank.
